Being a part of BAM reminds me of the sports teams I grew up playing on. The community and class structure help me stay accountable and motivated towards my goals. The members and staff at BAM have pushed me to grow into the athlete and coach that I am today. My coaching style is heavily influenced by the coaches and instructors I had growing up. I played volleyball, basketball, as well as track, and spent time as an explorer for the fire department. I love helping people push past their perceived limits by changing their approach or perspective on an exercise. I’m the coach that will give you a personal goal for the workout, suggest you change the weight, and keep an eye on your breaks. I typically coach the mornings on Monday’s and Tuesday's.
